The Wine Cellar staff enjoys working with individuals that have reasons to celebrate all occasions. Our staff takes great pride in working within your budget, whether large or small. We delight in assisting families and individuals with special events and parties.

Prices below reflect a minimum of thirty five persons, and do not include gratuity (18%) or taxes (8.25%). Although we prefer to tailor our offerings to your specific needs and budget, the following may be used as a starting point for your special event.

Whether you are looking for Whole Roasted Pigs, a Lite Lunch or Dinner, Hors' d Oeuvres, a Fondue Party, or a Full-on Spread, we are well known for our flexibility in being able to fit into tight budgets.

Dinner Prices reflect minimum guarantee of 35 persons for Buffet-style Service at The Wine Cellar, and include facility charge. For Plated Dinner Service, please add $2.00 per person. Additional fees for off-site catering.

We also create specially tailored wine dinners as well as more esoteric menus. As a rule of thumb for planning wine dinners, budget about one half bottle of wine per person or about 2 glasses of beer per person. Of course prices vary. For ideas, see some of the sample menus that have been provided below.

 

Our prices include facility charge. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required and will be credited to your account. An 18% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax will be added to all bills. Additional charges are required for off-site catering. A guarantee of attendance and paid deposit is required no less than one week prior to function.

During particularly busy catering and event periods - Texas State University Graduation in May and December, and Wedding Weekends the first two weekends in June - guarantee and deposit may be required as early as one month in advance.
